I recently visited the Leggat Kia dealership in Burlington, I needed a newer vehicle as my Equinox broke down due to a jumped timing belt and was not worth repairing. My wife and I were visiting our Grand kids in Hamilton, we live in Welland. While in Hamilton I decided to research for a newer/used Toyota Rav4 and saw a used one at Leggat in Burlington. I called the dealership and arranged for a test drive, Upon arriving at the dealership my wife and I met a young salesman named Farsad Asif Don’t let his young looks deceive you. He was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about cars. As we talked it was obvious that he knew a lot about about vehicles and auto mechanics, both old and new. I saw a few vehicles, test drove the 2024 Rav4 and the 2025 Kia Sportage. After negotiating a great price, my wife and I then decided to purchase the 2025 Kia Sportage from Leggat. When asked by the Business Manager why we chose Burlington to purchase, instead of buying in the Niagara Region?...My answer was... Loyalty.. Loyalty to Farsad Asif. He did all the work and deserved credit for the sale.....End of story... 5 Star to Farsad, Keep up the good work and Thank You

I'm ecstatic about the service we got from Leggat Kia. Abdul, Irvin and Rob were great to work with. They always answered their phones or called back when they said they would and kept us up to date with all the developments in our repair and warranty claim. Thank you so much to the team at Leggat Kia. I highly recommend for any repair work, especially involving a possible warranty.

I bought a Kia K4 recently and the service was wonderful! My sales representative was Syed and he was the best. He was super helpful in laying everything out for me so i understand what I was buying. Was an overall good experience and would buy a vehicle from them again.

Aarun is the man, he helped my parents to get their first Kia and they could not be happier. He is young, knowledgeable and very courteous. Highly recommend Leggat Kia for having a wonderful guy like Aarun. Five star is not enough for him and his team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a Honda Odessey 2016 here at Leggat Kia. The Sales Advisor Mina Hana, he's amazing, he explain to me everything, he is very courteous and knowledgeable. Until now he keeps on messaging me and getting my feedback about my experience and if I'm encountering issues in the car. He's very concern. The car is wonderful and before handing it over to you, they made sure that they properly maintained it and safe. I recommend this dealership 100%.
