After having nothing but repeated awful experiences with the Hamilton Kia service department I brought my car to this location. I could not believe the difference !!!! I was treated like I mattered and with respect. I was kept in the loop with my repairs and they were done properly!!! Celeste was absolutely amazing !!! Excellent communication and very kind.
